This past weekend while riding I had an electrical problem that really pissed me off. The only thing i have added to my rzr that sucks off the battery is a winch. well while trying to pull myself out of some mud...the dam thing kept killing the battery. As i was winchiing the battery light would flash on the spedo, the engine died on my twice while winching but it started back up with no problems. i figured that maybe if I reved the engine a little while winching that i wouldnt run into this ...

I have installed my new simpson elite seats. Boy, oh boy, what a difference. The supension seat works rather well, and they look durn good to!! They fit right onto the RZR seat mounts with the stock hardware I already had simpsons 5 point harnesses. The new seats have a strap for the sub belt, which keeps it off the floor and my dirty feet from grinding dirt and mud into it.

Has anyone had to replace the bearings in the front dif? I had up and down play where the inner axle goes into the dif, so I took it apart. I dont know if thats where the play is but im going to put new seals and bearings in it. Has anyone had this play in the inner axle? Any feedback would be greatly appriciated. This is for an '09 RZR by the way. I only have 700 miles on it. The bearing in there are China made, very disapointing, I thought Polaris was American made.

Just finished installing the gauge from Dakota Digital.

This gauge is literally a plug and play unit and takes less that2 minutes to completely un-install the OEM and install the UTV-1500.

It gives more info to the driver like voltage, RPM's and speed simultaneously, oil pressure and water temp (with optional sending units) and the standard odometer, trip settings and clock.

This is a great setup and in my opinion the ease of installation and the info it provides makes it 1well worth ...

So what are the stock offsets? What are the crusher offsets?

Last few days have been a bit like Christmas.

Yesterday my Jstrong top arrived, I have not had time to mount it yet, but hope to get to it in the next few days. I am trying to decide if I want to hard wire direct to the battery with and auxillary switch or run a relay and tie it into the ignition so it is only on when the key is on.

Yesterday, I also received my new LTR Exhaust system. This is a very nice setup, some nice custom billet parts are included with this system. LTR was also ...

What a job, If you are looking at doing this yourself, ask the dealer what he charges first, if it's $50 or less take it.

Words of advice if you install it yourself. 1) make the winch install the first thing you do before you add bumpers or skid plates. 2) have yourself one of those fancy telescoping magnets so when you drop a nut into the abyss you can fish ...

I ran out of daylight and the best I could do for now was some quick cell phone photos.

But, I installed the front and rear bumper, and one set of DJ Safety 4 points.

Here are some images.

I will try to get some better images tomorrow.

My biggest complaints...The front bumper does not align right with aftermarket skids, I had to buy new bolts. The rear bumpre interferes with the fender flares.

I took my RZR to Wytheville and left it at Hilltop Cycle so Mason's RZR would have some company I have a axle seal leaking and my dust injestion warranty runs out 8-10 so I thought maybe I could get another rebuild brfore it runs out but the owner said he didn't think so I told him to check it over good to see if it had any worn out parts that the ext warranty would cover while he had it
