It can't hurt..... My stock Y pipe has cracked twice. I believe the cracked Y pipe can let crap into the engine.............

The "S" header or the after market FMF header, they both look the exact same! I felt a power increase on mine. Seat of the pants feeing!!!

No Chappy it won't help with the tipping over part, but it will help take care of the motor and with the RZR ya have to keep an eye on it. Besides if you would quit riding yours like a parade queen you might see what your skid plate looks like...
