| I have for sale a BD performance 2 piece exhaust manifold for '03 through early '07 5.9 Cummins. The stock manifolds are known to crack due to extreme heat so I purchased this new last year just in case. Going to a twin turbo set-up now and can't use this, paid $515, yours for $375 shipped. | |

| Is it drilled and threaded for a EGT gauge? Maybe I could get Bubba to buy it for me and bring it down here and install it. Oh durn, that won't work as he is to short to reach over the fender to each the work area!! I would like to have it on Big Red Rocket, as with 366.000 miles it might need a new exhaust. | |

| On my truck that will move the exhaust back because the stock one exits between cylinder 3 and 4 right Purn? Don't know if I'd have the clearance with my turbo as the elbow already touches the firewall. What mods did you have to make for it to fit? | |

Yes, it came drilled and tapped for the EGT probe from the manufacturer.

This will work on any 5.9 CR Cummins from '04 to early '07 with NO MODIFICATIONS. From '07.5 on up, (6.7 Cummins) you will need to do an EGR delete like this one. http://www.puredieselpower.com/catalog/075090-dodge-67l-cummins-diesel-complete-cab-chassis-egr-delete-kit-p-25088.html?gclid=CP6hzf_ki7kCFchaMgodRG4Abg&m1track=googlebase&osCsid=e512ffc47adb3020836939b7e47574d9#googlebase

| Here is a comparison between the stock manifold and the BD that I have for sale. Note that the turbo mounts in the same spot, you won't even have to remove the V-band that connects the turbo to the down pipe. Stock manifold: BD Performance 2 piece: Any other questions just message me on here or feel free to call or text: 1-937-402-6995 | |

A quick search says yes, it will. http://www.dieselpowerproducts.com/p-3781-bd-2-piece-pulse-exhaust-manifold-03-07-59l-dodge-cummins-1045987.aspx I'd ask someone that knows more about the older CR's than me though just to be sure.

| The 2 times I've had mine off I had to take the turbo off with the manifold because there's no way to get to the bolts holding them together. | |
