| I just found a wasp nest up under the dashboard of my xp. (Guess how) Anyway I can't see it way up at the top. All I know is a bitchload of the nasty little bastards came out. Anyone have any ideas of a way to get rid of them? | |

| I would to that projectile spray from ortho like pit dog said. I wouldn't go after it. That will be like bing, bang, and boom triple time. Good luck and may the force be with you. |

| I'd be careful with any chemical spray on electrical components, it could be corrosive. If you decide to go that route ,start with a very small amount, it is pretty potent stuff. It won't take much to kill them. | |

| The best bug spray I have ever come across is CRC brakleen brake cleaner in the red can. it kills every bug i have ever tried it on instantly except for large spiders they take a couple of sprays. but bees and such instant death. | |

| Gas on a flat metal plate( like a hub cap , frisbe ETC ) , come in slow underneath slowly and wait , they will fall as long as you go slow , them fumes take them out slowly and no damage to you machine , you could even set a bucket there and place the plate there and leave it . | |

| Be careful with the brake clean. It will chalk your plastic out immediately! But I do agree its the best bee killer | |

| I got the yellow wasps in my old Toyota truck. I don't know if they are in the door jam area, or under the dash of it. All I know is I got lit up when I tried to get in it the other day. It sucks when you don't know where the nest is. | |

| Last time I rode it was about a week ago, amazing how fast they can build a nest. It seems to be somewhere right behind the speedo. I mounted my 2 way on a big flat aluminum plate just under the dash directly below I can't see anything above but there is a hell of a lot of buzzing going on. Damnit Man | |

| Do you have one of those telescopic mirrors? Maybe at least you can see them. I thought I remember WD 40 coats their wings so they can't fly. At least that wouldn't hurt you electrical.

| I would try and find a bug bomb that will kill the little buggers, tent the XP, and set off multiple bug bombs! |

| I like the bug bomb idea. Unhook your battery 1st. I also like the idea of the wd-40 as it wouldn't hurt anything. That stuff has so many uses it ain't even funny. | |

| Wouldn't WD40 leave a oily residue that will allow dust and dirt to accumulate? | |

| The affects of WD40 and dust and dirt would be minimal. Back in the day I used to coat my ATVs with WD40 from stem to stern to keep them looking shiny and new. |

| Dawn dish soap with water in a pump sprayer. Coats the wings so they cant fly and kills them also. Won't hurt anything. | |
