PostSubject: Water tank sprayer mount   January 30th 2014, 6:29 pm

I bought that round up sprayer at lowes today. It's the tank that most here use. I want a mount to it to stay secure on my machine. I saw Barry had one but I think it is home made. Either way does anyone know of anywhere to buy a water tank mount? Just something for that tank to slide in and use a bungee to hold it.

I have mine sitting on the floor (actually laying on its side)on the passenger side right on front of the seat. I bolted a shop vac hose to the floor just on front of the tank to hold it there and it also holds the hose/wand. Because it is partially tucked under the seat it does not interfere with the passenger and stays in place.

Got a plastic one at Harbor freight for cheap.   Took a heat gun to the base and molded it to fit in a tight space.  Works.

I just bought one to spray my windshield off with.  That mud with gravel in it will scratch no matter how much lube you spray on it before you wipe.  I'm going to make something to mount mine.  May come up with something this weekend Tbone.  Where do you want to mount it?

If I make something, I will give you one if you like it.  I want to make something that it slides down in and can't go anywhere without straps.
