| I found mine one day not loud enough (barely could hear it too) took it down, found that the RCA jacks were not tight enough.
If you can hear it, I would think that it's still ok & just something loose

| I'm by far no electrical guy or stereo guru... most of the time when my stuff is broke the best I can do is just say "WTH?" I don't know much else about them other then "Go or No GO". It's a really nice looking build and install so don't trash it yet. | |

| Sorry I don't know what to tell you TBONE except unhook the master volume control to see if it has a short in it.Just recently you could barley hear mine and the voulme control was bad and once I unhooked it completely and just used my I-pod to control the volume the problem was solved | |

| Thanks Wacker. I got so frustrated with it. I worked on that thing for a whole day trying to get it just right. I wanted it right. It worked then after I hung it it didnt work. Very aggravating. After I spent a half day I did a total rewire and got it. I have no idea where the problem was but its gone for now. "knock on wood" All that time also I spent running the wire through the roof tube. Boy that was a pain in the keester but I finally got it. It all worked out in the end. Here is the pic of it hung up and working. Thanks again to everyone for your help! I just get a little frustrated sometimes. |

| Cool... running the power wires through the roll bars always makes everyone say, "How'd you do that...?" Here's my next project to replace the plastic toolbox with aluminum sheet with pre-cut holes and mounting flanges that are ready for install... | |

| I just found a similar kit but only for 2 speakers which is all I need and it's the cheapest price I have seen.My amp no longer works on the left channel so I got everything you see without the speakers for $40.00 I could have just bought another amp but my volume control went bad and my cable input for my I-pod was getting bad and would cut off & on so I can use the other stuff too.But if you want the whole set up this is cheap http://www.amazon.com/Pyle-PLMRKT2A-Channel-Waterproof-Amplified/dp/B003GSLDUO/ref=sr_1_33?s=STORE&ie=UTF8&qid=1285606095&sr=8-33 | |

I found the same thing listed with out the speakers for $40.00 I already have 2 speakers in my RZR and two new ones in storage so I did not need anymore speakers.I just posted the link with the speakers in case someone was looking for a complete system. | |

| I am going to do this, maybe before next weekend. Can someone show me or tell me were you keep your ipod/mp3 player when it is connected? I have an i-phone so it would be great for me to just hook it up, but I would like to keep it mount up high to keep it dry when riding. | |
