| I realize the Can-Am Mav X MR2 has been out for a year and that the Polaris is being intro'd this year but any feedback would be greatly appreciated. WildCat is gone so a new chapter of fun with a true mud n trail machine could have me back on the Country Roads Gods own country...Take Me Home Country Road... thanks billy |

| I would go with the High Lifter po po if it was me. Just my opinion. I could care less for riding in the slop & neck deep mud, just really like everything on that machine except for the aggressive tires. | |

| Hey billy,
Not to discredit the Highlifter but I was talking to Travis yesterday at Performance East about this segment of machine, "the Can Am XMR and the Highlifter." He said Can Am has one up on them because Polaris WILL NOT do an extended warranty on a highlifter AT ALL. Can am will do the full extended warranty on the XMR. Just something to think about. I know a lot of people want to get that extended warranty and it stinks that Polaris won't do it for that highlifter. |

| Thanks for heads up...T-Bone i just put money on one today and it will be delivered next week. Will definitely need to think this one over. Hopefully it will be like my XP900 I had and be able to hold it together during the WV excursions we have. If not may have to Trade it in for Mav X MR or the Phantom inline Yamaha genies Motor- tower of Power SXS Dragon Flight when it comes out... Just my Freakin Luck |

| That's a good choice billy buddy. I like the high lifter better than the xmr anyways. Just adding that info to the discussion. |

| T-Bone i appreciate your feedback as it is usually very accurate and honest, thats hard to find anywhere now a days. I guess what gets my goat is the fact that i have researching this machine and the Mav X Mr for over two months and it was never mentioned there is no extended warranty..... you know i talked to dealer after dealer in WV NC PA TX PA VA and not one of those SOBs mentioned no warranty beyond factory warranty, what ever that might or might not be. Failure to disclose this when you are spending this much money demonstrates a lack of leadership with a company that had 2013 totaled a record $3,777.1 million or nearly Four Billion with 2015 Sales figures nearly on the same pace.... this will be my 3rd Polaris SXS dating back to May 2007 with the 800 and I have always been offered extended warranties, but I guess Polaris cannot afford to do that anymore even if your dropping 24K on a mudder....sorry just had to vent. Any ways if Yamaha could make something a little more sporter than the Viking with 120 HP I would pay even more because i know it would last and last....shame is that they have Geneis motor in the 3 cylinder INLINE form ---120 4 stoker 130 4 stroker, & a 150 4 stoker leading the snowmobiles... check out this article..
