| Folks, I have a Kenwood TK-863G UHF radio and need a replacement microphone with the RJ jack connection. Anyone know of a good supplier? Thanks in advance! | |

| Thanks NF4Z! I'm always a little leery of ebay...had some bad experiences there before. I guess any mic that has an RJ-45 connector would work don't you think? I'm going to check out Amazon and ebay today and see what they have...thanks again and 73! | |

| I would think that any of the same vintage Kenwood Commercial Radios with the RJ-45 mic connector will work. I can see that one radio having a different pin-out. I do believe this mic will work just fine on your radio. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mobile-Microphone-for-Kenwood-TK-860-862-863-863G-868-868G-880-885-as-KMC-30-/151650559368?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item234f13e588 I hope it is ok to post the link. If not an admin will correct it and let me know...MD | |

| Thanks, I went ahead and bought a similar one on Amazon...looks just like that one though and if it doesn't work, I'll send it back! | |

| I like it when a plan comes together. I have been all over the place with the radio ideas for the RZR. I have a Motorola GP300 Handheld with the FRS frequencies. I hang it from the roof with the speaker mike and it works just like Roscoe. Plus if I need to, I can take it out or take it with me on another SXS...MD | |
