Great News for us on HM trails

I noticed they don't allow Can-Am's on the trails...Tbone is gonna be mad...

It's near Julian across 119 from the Little Coal River Trail System. It's called Ivy (Ivy City, Ivy Branch...) Great Place to ride. I've ridden there for a long time. Never had my Teryx there though.

i seen that arctic cat wildcats were not on the list..... but i have been there and rode three days straight, and we stopped and talked to the rangers 4 or 5 times and he never once told me i couldnt have the WILDCAT out on the trails. hell the police or rangers even talked to me while we were unloading the CAT, AND NEVER SAID YOU CANT TAKE IT ON THE TRAILS..

I'm sure any sxs is welcome as long as it is, or looks like a factory machine. In other words, don't expect them to allow a toyota or zuk tube buggy.

They also list rules such as "factory roll cage only" "factory steering wheels only" "OE seatbelts only", etc. I think all of this is just to cover their rear in case of a lawsuit from some idiot who made a custom cage out of exhaust pipe and zip tied his 5 point harness to it, only to get hurt there and say "they said the trails there were safe for me to ride what I have"

Any idea's yet when the trails are expected to be open.

That will be great I'm not far from there and it would be nice to have a place detacated to side by sides will atv's be allowed to I have 2 boys with atv that usually join us during rides.

The ivy branch trail is set to open around july 1 2013 . Thats what I was told at the little coal river trail head about two weeks ago.

IVY BRANCH TRAIL  is to open july 13 2013 the trail head is on rt.3 Julian wv,
