PostSubject: Camping On trail suggestions    May 4th 2017, 10:36 am

I wanted to know if anyone ever tent camps on the trails and if any suggestions can be made. I'd likely drop truck off at wagon wheel atv resort and head out from there. I would guess on hitting trail at noon a Friday then back to truck Sunday by noon.

There is a trail on bobt maps that goes from Welch to Gilbert. Anyone have any insight on that trail as I've never been on that. Just want to keep paved roads to a minimum.  Was thinking about als heading to war area.

Any suggestions tips would be appreciated. I know the general "wagon wheel" area pretty darn well but nothing past town of Welch or anything about War area.

Thanks James. So I'll look into heading to burning rock direction from wagon wheel area.
