| Here's what I made...will check to see if it will fit the 660 tomorrow. Should have some sets ready to ship Monday. BTW the right side will look pretty much the same, just a cut-out for the radiator cap. Here is a pic of my Rhino w/out the splash gaurd. Pic of the splash gaurd. Pic of splash gaurd installed...I think this should solve the problem and should make it run cooler all the time. Let me know what you guys think. If this doesn't work I'm gonna make a box with a heater core in it and a fan just like our heater but only for cooling the motor. The only reason ours didn't overheat on the ride with GETERDUN was because of the heater core. Our radiator was 100% clogged when we started Saturday morning and rode all day without over heating. | |

Let me know amount to send. Is Paypal Ok? Shipping in my case will be to King, NC 27021.

(I used zip ties on 1 of the front holes just to hold in place for pic) $30.00 plus shipping...we'll figure out the cheapest way and let you know. PM your mailing address and I'll get them out Monday.

| Spent today preparing my Can-am 800 for a week in Colorado. I noticed the Can-am has a plastic guard the goes from in front (both sides) of the radiator to the front plastic. The Outlander has never overheated on me. I think you may have solved the problem WV Hot Rod Rhino. It works on the Can-am. Looking forward to installing the shields! | |

- Hot rod I will take a set too but keep in mind that mine and Randy's are 660's so I am not sure if it would be the same as a 700. The heater would be nice but I just don't want to put that much money in it LOL
Went today and looked at the 450, 660, 700 & 700 sport, they all seem to be the same except for the 700 sport. Made 2 sets for the 700 sport and 1 set for the 660 today, but I have to take the 660 back tomorrow for a final fit check before I ship. Will keep you posted.

| Looking forward to the shields. Just let me know total and I'll send payment.
I do not need the heat shield -- I have foam that does a good job.
Thanks! | |

| I can't wait to get them on and try them out, with the shroud I have only overheated once but that was once to much. With your fix it should keep the mud off and create a funnel of air when rolling which should push more air through also. This fix looks very promising!
Randy, now we need to get the kids back to WV and try them out!

I'm anxious to try the shrouds also. I wanna be able to use the Rhino without worrying about temps...
