I'm sure you RZR dudes could use some Tuflok Rivets. I bought some from here http://www.clipsandfasteners.com/ Just type in p/n PAS1861-25. $6.99 for a bag of 25 and about $3.00 shipping. Not to bad compared to the STEALER.

Here is the part # for U-joints from Tractor Supply. These have grease fittings, and seem to be well made. $19 each.

I don't see a name brand on the box, but here are the numbers on the label.

found this on the RZR forums sounds like some good money savings on a complete fluid change and oil filter

re: RZR compatible oil filters

Here is a post I put in another thread about oil and filters. Have had great success with how I service our ATV's and UTV's.

Tractor Supply Travelers Premium Universal Transmission\Hydraulic Fluid $16 for two Gallons. Run it in the Front Diff, Tranny, and Transfer Case. It is a direct replacement for Mobil 424 which is what Hilliard Mfg puts in the Front Diffs when Polaris gets them. Hilliard Mfg builds the Front Diffs for Polaris.

Engine Oil Rotella Dino Oil 15w40 Wally World or wherever it is on sale at.

Oil filter is from Wally World Purolator L14612 or any one of the following. They also work on all Polaris ATV's UTV's , Yamah ATV's UTV's, Honda Motorcycles with spin on filters, ie Goldwings. Most ATV's with spin on EXCEPT Suzuki's, they have a bastard size thread pitch in the Oil Filters for Suzuki.

AC Delco PF1237
Baldwin B1400
Firestone TF2876
Hastings LF113
NAPA Gold 1365
Purolator L14612
STP S-02876
WalMart SuperTech ST6607
WIX 51365

And lastly just plain Dino 80w90 Rear End Lube in the Rear Drive. Wally World too! Been using the above fluids for many years in many ATV's and Touring Motorcycles with great success and not a single problem! I used to use SuperTech Wally World ST7317 Oil Filters but they quit carrying them and went to Purolaters, which are good Filters. Used the SuperTechs for over 20 years on Honda GoldWings with well over 400K miles of use. And on ATV's for over 15 years, along with the Rotella Oil. If memory serves, it costs around $11 bucks to service a Rzr.

The rzr s has bigger U joints (the complete drive shafts will swap out between them but not the universal joint....the part # for the standard rzr u joints is 812 (O'reillys)...hope this helps...

I just had a friend on another forum get me a list of gates belts at a discounted prices and have no idea how they will hold up but thought I would put up info in case anyone wanted to try these out.

By all accounts the Gates G-Force CVT belt is a very good option for a replacement in your RZR. I ordered the RZR S belt Gates PN 19G4022. The "S" belt is just a little wider to account for the slightly larger tires on the S models, otherwise it is identical to the regular RZR belt. Either one can be found at Discount Fleet Supply for $30.15 plus $14 shipping. $44 is a screaming deal when compared to $140 for the OEM belt. DFS shipped the order and I had a tracking number within 2 hours of placing my order, hard to beat that!

Here are the PN's for specific models:

2008-2013 RZR 800 - 19G3982

2009 RZR S 800- 19G4022

2010-2013 RZR S 800- 24G4022

Heres a link: 19G4022 Gates G-Force CVT Belt

I've used Gates belts and they have done well. Even if they only last 700 to 1000 miles, you got your moneys worth.
