| I have a 2011 rzr s with about 200 miles on it and the squeaking in the rear is about to drive me crazy! It has been squeaking since day 1. I have greased everything that has fittings and upgraded to Walker Evans shocks. Any info would be greatly appreciated. | |

| You are not alone --- all of my machines have done this. I usually spray some WD40 or equivalant around the shocks before I ride & that usually takes care of it. | |

| When mine quit squeeking I figured out that all my rear bushings were worn out. You will hear some poping and cracking on a hard turn while working the rear suspension too. That will be the sway bar mount making noise. | |

| If you have the fox or walker Evans shocks , you need to pull them off and grease the mono ball in the shock eyes , they have sn o ring seal and wd40 will not get to them ! | |

| I tore into the rear suspension last Sunday and every bushing was dry as a bone and had rust on them. I cleaned them up and greased them with "Green Grease". Did the sway bar too. I have put a couple of miles on it since then, no squeaks at all. The factory grease fittings are not getting the job done at all. I'm headed to Burning Rock on Friday morning to ride for a couple of days. I'll post next week and let y'all know if all is still quiet. I'll post some pics also! | |

| I use Lucas red and tacky in everything. It's good stuff.
Grease often, or your fittings won't take grease anymore. I give mine a shot after every ride or two.

| grease every fitting after every ride/cleanning.
i know some dont, but i wash my machine off after every ride. usally at the car wash with the high pressure.
every time i grease it it always has water and funk ooze out of the bushings.
i dont like the idea of water setting in the bushings so i usally grease it the next day after its dripped dry
