| Bummer. You ride a lot, can't blame you.. Many thanks for all the times you have organized these events. I still would like to see two rides a year. Maybe some one else can take over one of the rides. | |

Well you know I usually post when I'm riding so you can always come and ride with me.It's just much easier to get small groups together anyways and keep everyone together most of the time | |

| It's a matter of logistics. 6 1/2 hour drive for me, at least. A day for driving each way. So for one day of riding it takes three days. Otherwise I would be hanging with you guys much more. Wish I was closer. Momma dosn't want to move away from the grandkids so I'm stuck here in this liberal ass state. | |

| I like the big rides because you get to meet everyone but I can understand where your coming from. I'm sure it takes up a ton of your time trying to organize all of it. I personally have only done the fall ride the last couple years so it won't be any change for me. I'm good with what ever you decide . | |

| I always like the 2 rides a year. Alot of the people that are a long ways away really look forward to the 2 rides. If a ride is taken away then it could really upset a fair amount of members. Also some members can only make one of the rides so dropping a ride would also hurt on that aspect. I think we should keep going with 2 rides a year. It's only 2 rides within 365 days. I know I'm lucky to live only 3 hours away and I want the long haul members to keep their ride dates that they can count on and plan on. Just my thoughts..... |

Same here but mine is 5 hours. Still I look forward to being able to attend a smaller group ride. i just need to plan a little in advance. The big rides are tough so I can understand Bobby's concern. Either way I plan on coming over to WV and riding when I can. I just like riding with a group better than solo. It's hard to phone a friend in the middle of the woods!

| im good with what ever you decide. this will be the first time i have made the spring ride. well over 6 hours for me. plus we have the jimbob northern division of the wvsxsriders that rides almost every weekend and the ashland/pinnicle creek/sophia division, so almost any weekend there is a ride within reasonable distance. i'm sure it is alot of work. | |

| I am good either way, I have been on every one so far and I am trying hard to make this one too but I still don't know at this point. Easter weekend makes it a bit hard but its also great because most are already off on Good Friday so no extra time off work. Basically I don't mine either way. | |

| I hope to make it down for the fall ride one day. It's a bit of a haul for us so it would likely only be one trip. | |

| I like having 2 rides. One thought would be to have one of the rides each year be one large group ride and then the other ride we all gather at the same time but we have 4 or 5 people lead smaller rides so that all the work of leading one big group ride is reduced. You could have fast riders slow riders hm trail only riders family ridersetc. We could all leave at the same time and get back at the same time. Having smaller rides would give members options and also allow people to get to know more people. I think people enjoy having a defined ride date that they can plan on well in advance and know people will be around that weekend to ride with.
