SICK

Hey Fellas It looks like I'm gonna miss yet another ride. Last month I had some of my colon and bowel taken out because of cancer and a restriction. And while they were rooting around in there, they found out that I have stage 4 liver cancer. Not a very good year for me so far!!! And while I was in the hospital for ten days, the bank shut off my bank card cause had gotten to useing it, so my cell phone and direct tv got shut off. It took about three weeks to get all that straightened out. I am now going to the M D Cancer Center in Orlando for treatment. I go in on wednesday, get about 5 bags of posion pumped through the port in my chest, then come home so the home nurse can hook me up to a portable chemo pump for 46 hours. They come back on saturday and un hook me. I then stay sick for a few days, then get a week off, then start it all over again. I am trying awful awful hard to whip this durn cancer, and I plan on winning this fight. So ya'll have fun on the spring ride, maybe I'll make it next year.

I started my second round of chemo this morn. They come to the house in the morn and hook up my portable pump for 46 hours. It is turning colder again, so I gonna be stuck in the durn house until monday or tuesday, bit I can handle it. I had every body laughing in the waiting roommthis morning, so my jokes are still strong and I can still laugh an get laughs, so life is still good!! My durn furnance just kicked on!! Finished my second round of chemo. Got 8 bags of stuff run into me at Orlando, and then the home pump for 46 hours. I got a lot sicker this time. But I guess that is just part of it!!!
