| Call James at JBS and see what he can get you a new one for before you go sinking to much money into fixing it. He deals in factory Yamaha parts, and can hook you up cheaper than any dealer. If you don't get him, keep trying till he answers. 304-673-2602 | |

| If you can find the leak all you need is a torch and some solder. If you cap the hose connections, hook some air to it, and put it under water. | |

| Thanks I believe I will replace it. I have seriously flushed it but it still has a ton of sand in it...or should I say Busco Beach in it. | |

| a old trick from years past .If its a small leak a couple of teaspoons of black pepper would do the job and it also works as a water pump lubricant and will not stop up like radiator seal will .also wondering do you have a water pump leak that dripping water underneath your passenger seat | |

| I have heard of some radiator shops able to repair them. If it isnt too terribly bad I would take it there. If not then I would just replace it with a new one. Call James "WV HOT ROD RHINO" he is the best at this stuff.
