| Any advice on which speakers can be used to play my MP3 while riding my sxs. Don't need a unit that has a radio. I see different speaker units on ebay, but not sure what I should be looking for. | |

| you need amplified speakers, right? Any of the Pyle, Shark, Ploy-Planer motorcycle or marine systems will work.

| Bobby, what size speaker did you mount in your roof? I know this kit has 6" speakers and the roof is designed for 4" speakers (which are not included in anything except the AC kit). Was the installation difficult with the larger speakers? |

| Might have to consider that! I have my UHF radio up there so it's not like I'm going to take a hose to it! |

| The OEM Wildcat top is pre-molded for a radio and (4) 4" speakers. I am pretty sure all you need to do is cut out the material for the speaker to recess into the top and put screws in the outer edge of the speaker. |

| Wildcat1 made some speaker mounts for the Wildcats using the same plastic that he used to make the fender flares...I'd touch base with him and see if he can come up with something. |

| Received the Pyle amp today and I have a question regarding the wiring. Most of it is pretty self explanatory but what I am wondering about is the little blue wire that comes off with the power and ground. I am planning on wiring this up to one of my remaining dash switches instead of the battery...what do I do with the blue wire? The directions say it's for a switch but using the dash switch I really don't need it! Do I leave it disconnected or wire it to hot? |

| Blue is typically for the antenna to raise up or go down. Orange would be hooked to dash lights. | |

| This is for an amp...the antenna wire generally comes of a radio/receiver. The directions say it's for a switch. The direction want the red/black to go to the battery and the blue to a switch. I want the red/black to go to my accessory switch and just need to figure out what to do with the blue wire. |

| If I remember right the blue wire is the on/off switch for the amp. I think I wired mine to a toggle switch to turn the amp on. | |

| Yeah, that is what I may have to do but I really just wanted to run my power to the amp from my dash switch instead of the battery. It's really not a difficult thing to do either way and all of the connection are pretty much in place. Just need to wait on the speakers now..... |

| Ross I wire my red and black to the accessories pig tail behind dash and just taped off the blue because it is just for an optional on/off switch but when you wire directly to ignition switch then blue wire is not needed if I remember correctly. | |

| Sorry, I went in the wrong direction. The blue on the amp would be the trigger wire to turn the amp on. Think of the amp like a relay. It gets enough power to run the amp off the black and red but a radio or switch in your case will need to turn the amp on using the blue wire. The switch connected to the blue wire will not have any draw of power so the switch does not need to be rated for the amplifier. | |

| That's kind of what I was thinking as well. Spoke with Wildcat1 a few minutes ago and I am going to wire the blue/red together to my accessory switch and that should do it. I only want it powered when the ignition is on so that will work for me. I don't need to risk forgetting to turn something off and having it drain my battery. |

| Ross, In my RZR's I had a separate on/off switch and several times forgot to turn it off and next time I went to get it out of the building the battery was dead and the reason I wired mine this time to the ignition switch | |

| That's the very thing I want to avoid. I know how I am about forgetting to turn things like that off! |
