| Does anyone know where I can get any type of drawing for the exact measurements of an 09 rzr 800 frame...certain parts of it I know are bad such as where the a-arm ripped out of the frame taking the bolt hole with it.. And the gusset in the corner on the front little sub frame is all bent up.. I just need dimensions to try and figure how bad this thing is!! | |

| I have no idea on this one. I always thought that someone out there would some day make a jig where you can lay a chassis in it and modify it or repair it. Shocked someone still hasnt done this at some repair shops. From what I read, alot of people dont repair them, they just order a new frame. Heard its not that expensive. |

| New frame is about 1200 plus shipping I seem online at babbits I think it was... I am thinking it is just the front sub frame that comes off the front that is bent and the side part of tubing that goes under the rocker... | |

| You need to pick two places on each side of one end of the frame that are in good shape and x it out measuring cross corner to each side on the opposite end for squareness. If it's out of square, pick a side that looks like it's ok, and pull the other side until it is the same. Look for chipped paint as evidence for damage. That's how we do it on our frame machine at work on cars/trucks. | |

| I think I narrowed it down that the only part that really bent was the front sub frame that comes off the front for the suspension and a-arms measuring front to back from center of wheel to center of wheel I am at 76 1/16 on in side that got the hit and 79 1/8 on unhit side... It is tore up pretty good.. | |

| I have a bare '08. Thought it was bent but wasn't. Broken in five places though. What dimensions do you need? | |

| Basically the front part of it...would you be willing to sell the broken frame I need some pieces like on the drivers side the square tubing that the rocker and everything bolts to.. I think if I have measurements I can cut the gussets on the front and straighten it out and weld new gussets in... | |

| I'd powder coat that thing. Paint the arms, and everything else. Sounds like a fun project to me. You could make that thing look new again. | |

| I already ordered some gusset kits and what not...thinking about all new plastics.. I need the rocker pieces for sure...ain't figured out where to get them yet..thinking about a lift kit while I am at it...figure I got until spring to get it done... If I didn't only have maybe 25 hours on a fresh rebuilt top end while the motor was out I would consider a big bore kit.. | |

| That 30 over kit didn't do much to mine. I was told a programmer would help it. | |
