| Bobby's post about the parts he is replacing got me to thinking a little bit. What are the weakest/most replaced parts on each sxs? It would be nice to know what spare parts you should carry on a big ride like the spring/fall ride. So, lets hear the 1st repairs and miles on the machine when it let go, parts that are replaced often, what you ride, and your driving style. This would help us figure out what spare parts we should carry. It would also be nice to know what tools we need to replace those weak links. | |

| The spring and fall ride there is less miles than a so called " normal ride " just due to the fact of the amount of machines . Mostly just make sure your servie is done , clean you Radiator , check you tires that morn before getting in line to ride . I carry tire plugs , spare spark plug , zip ties , fuses , spare belt , tools that fit your machine ( I carry a all in one type kit I found at Target on sale for $13 , but it even had a test light , sockets , wrenchs , alen wrenches . | |

| The first time I took my rhino out I had to replace a C.V. boot(Installed guards since) Second time took my daughter and dropped off in a hole hit a piece of steel and sliced the sidewall(Made a spare tire carrier).Third time broke a tie rod end and bent a spindle(carry a spare end).Have been lucky since all that until last week end. Hit a rock bent a A-Arm guard and cu another boot. And something happened to my 4X4.No 4X4 lights on when you push button,Fuses are good and relays are working. I hope the servo is not that expensive!!! Not to mention the brakes suck on a RHINO!! This will be my 3rd set and my 450 only has around 100hrs on it!!! | |

The fall ride will be here before ya know it. As far as 3 sets of brakes with in 100 miles....that comes from holding back all that horsepower from the FO-FIDDY | |

| The first thing that gave us troubles on the trail was the fuel filter. Now keep a couple in the box. Then it was a tie rod end ..... now spares in the box. Then aftermarket CDI acted up so I have the stock and another aftermarket one in the box. In fact that box got full so got a bigger box. Carb parts, belt, wheel bearings, brake pads, plugs, coil ...... well you get the idea!! I don't plan to spend the night on the trail although I do have a couples things just in case. | |
