| Is there any word on recalls for the early 2010 tranny or any news on the repairs. | |

| I would like to know the same thing...if it is a recall I would like to go ahead and get it fixed instead of getting stranded | |

| As far as I know there is no recall. I have not had problems yet but I'm pretty sure I will. I can't remember the exact date but I think units made after May 15th are okay. Both of my 2010's were made prior to that date. Pretty aggravating but I knew it before hand. | |

| I hope Polaris don't wait until everyone's warranty goes out and says sorry. That would not be a good way to do business. | |

I just called "CUSTOMER SERVICE"...what a joke. The guy I talked acted like there was no problem on record and told me to talk to my dealer...my dealer said he can't fix what isn't broke. If my trans don't go out by January I guess I will purchase an extended warranty.

| I've been running mine like I never heard of a problem. I just hope I don't have to walk one day. Other than that, I'll just plan on fixing it one of these days when it breaks. I think the worst part of the repair would be getting to the tranny. I bet once inside it would be a piece of cake. | |

| If there is that many problems with just our member and friend they have to have complaint nationwide. There for should step up and fix the problem like they did for the air filter. 12,000 dollars is alot of money when you get less than 500 mile on your unit. | |

| There was no issues with mine before it went out. It was working fine all day and didn't make any noises. As far as customer service, i was told the same thing. they told me to take it the dealer and the dealer would have to send them pictures. My advice to anybody that can still purchase the extended warranty, buy it. I didn't and now i'm screwed. | |

| It's a major issue. Just get on RZR.net and read away. Tons of threads out there about the issue. JUst like when Mason had his issue. Took weeks to get the parts because they were backordered because of so many issues. | |

True...but by the time you go 1000 miles you could buy a PO PO for what you spend on wheel bearings and brakes... I still have not figured out how you are wearing out brakes on the FO FIDDY...YOU SHOULD NOT NEED BRAKES ON A FO FIDDY...36 MPH My RZR will do 36 ideling while towing your FO FIDDY ....OH One word for ya....WARRANTY....I'm just sayin!!

| One thing I've noticed on our 450 is the engine braking doesn't seem to work near as good as any other machine. I all but run over 660 and 700 Rhinos going down hill. Their brake lights ain't on, and I'm riding the brakes down every hill, even in low range. The engine brake engages and works, it just don't hold back very good at all on the steeper hills. | |
