| Is anyone running reinforcment tubes in there RZR's. I keep reading post about folks bending frames and it looks like a cheap easy fix but is it really needed or just something else for me to spend $100.00 on? | |

| mudrat, i have been thinking the same thing. thought about those frame rail inserts too. as a newbie to this and an extremely anal person, i hate to have anything break. i have added front rear bumpers, full skid plate, front rear a arm guards. going with 14x26 rims and tires sooooooo upgraded to EPI clutch and belt package. now kicking around the idea of a snorkel kit. the only problem with making my RZR bullet proof is my wallet is getting bullet riddled. lol. actually i love it. lol. i just read an older thread about snorkeling on here and really cant figure out how to go with it. i'm not going to intentionally look for high water but i dont want to get into it and find out---ut oh--i'm screwed. it's one thing if i'm close to home but most of the riding areas this club rides is 5 to 6 hours for me. to get there and break down just aint good and i am going to ride with you guys. i dont need the hassle of breaking down and neither does anyone i am riding with. anyways, i'm rambling. sooooooooo to snorkel or not to snorkel--that is the question gang. on a side note, i am installing a 120 watts mp3 player from poly-planer this weekend. hope ya all like AC/DC guys. lol. | |

| I dunno. I always believe in making the frame stronger. I don't think what we do is necessary but if u are jumping then it may be a necessity |

| After breaking two tie rods, then bending the lower A-arm (which broke the outboard CV joint), I've reinforced the A-arms. Think there's pics on this site. Anyhow I have a template that I'll share. | |
