Might sell my Glock to get some goodies and not sure what its worth. perfect shape. Also i have been out of touch with guns for a while. Do i need to run it through a dealer to get it out of my name? have a new 22 riffle that's not been shot too! Thanks

I am not sure about WV but in NC it is legal to sell a handgun to another individual. But I would recommend to have a notorized bill of sale just to cover your butt. It is probably the same in WV..The concealed carry laws are the same! Are you bringing them to the fall ride?

Current market on the Glock 17 is around $400 regardless of many Rds through it! Your better off holding onto it! Get you a couple 30 rd. Glock mags and go bang bang!!! Carolinarhino hit the nail on the head!

I would make a copy of their handgun permit or their Conceal Carry Permit if they have one and keep it on file. And make sure to look at some ID if they are somebody you don't know. CYA because nobody else will.
