Va tech shooting

Has anyone heard that they had a shooting at Vaginia tech this morning what the hell is wrong with people. They talk like a officer had got shot and dead.

Can't say that I did hear about it & I watched the news this morning....

They are talking about it on the radio now it was two hours ago

It just happened around lunch......Saying 2 confirmed dead........possibly an officer and someone in a parking garage, (the cage)......

Dang....I hate to hear that. I haven't had the chance to catch any news today.

I hate that it has happened again. I dont know whats up with things up there. I hope everyone is ok and they catch whoever did it.

I just read the article on my iphone. I cannot believe there were fatalities. That breaks my heart.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the ones that have lost their lives.

PEOPLE ARE LOSING THERE MINDS. A WOMAN THAT GOT RE-JECTED FOR FOOD STAMPS, IN TEXAS HELD SOCIAL WORKER HOSTAGE FOR SEVERAL HOURS WITH HER KIDS WITH HER. SHE ENDED UP SHOOTING BOTH HER KIDS IN THE HEAD AND THEN SHOT HERSELF. HOW CAN THESE PEOPLE HURT THIER OWN KIDS. I WOULD DIE TRYING TO PROTECT MY KIDS. SO SAD, THE KIDS ARE BOTH IN CRITICAL CONDITION WITH HEAD WOUNDS AND MOTHER IS DEAD.

That is very sad you just wonder how they was raised and what goes thru there head

first off, it is just sooooooo terrible for the victims. soo sad. then the anti gun faction in this country amps up their attacks on the responsable gun owners in this country. i have purchased more guns and ammo in the last 3 years than i have in any 10 year period. when they get the serialized bullet numbers passed and eliminate the reloading supplies the hunters and ordinary citizen is going to be paying out the azz for the right to bear arms. unfortunately, like the first shooting a V tech, the guy had no crimal record, so how do you prevent these tradgadies from happening?

I heard on the news on my way home, the second victim was the shooter, evidently ran to parking garage after shooting a campus police officer and then shot himself, they found the weapon near him........

This all so sad --- can't believe people.

You know I live just 4 miles from Va Tech so it may be time to move .Both my boys go to High school in Blacksburg and the school was on lock down and they got home about an hour later than normal because of this.

Bobby it's not just where you live it's everywhere we had a lady go crazy here in nc a few weeks back and killed I think 4 kids 3 of her own shot her boyfriend and killed herself.

Crazy people are everywhere. This stuff happens every day, but the spotlight is on schools and other big public places. I guess it just makes a better story for these trash news channels. It's like they say "nobody cares about a cop getting shot out in the sticks, that's not going to get our ratings up". Stupid people are everywhere, and you can't fix stupid. All you can do is have a way to try to protect yourself. Get a permit, and start packing! It's better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it. You have insurance on your health, home, autos, and sxs. Why not buy some life insurance and carry it in your pocket?

No matter how much of a bad ass you are, if you take fists to a gunfight, you will lose.

i carry and have firearms placed around my house so they are close. of course i live alone and generally only sharon comes in my house and my son when he is here to hunt. when he brings the kids everything get locked in the gun cabinet.
