| If you get a wildcat I highly recommend replacing the factory tires so you will have a full set to sell someone for a 4-wheeler they are not strong enough for a side X side. Just get on the wildcat forum read all the blowout stories. | |

| i'm not totally sure its the tires themselves. i think its a combo of the 26" tire and the 14" rim. A guy in our group slit the sidewall on the stock tire first ride out. then he bought a set of the moto mtc and has sliced two or three of them. | |

| You got to have at least 13lbs of air in the back and 10lbs in the front to help avoid those sidewall cuts on a 4 or 6 ply tire....I don't know about 8 ply..... | |

| low ply tires are worthless, but in that same situation, a 26" tire on a 14" wheel is almost guranteed to cut the sidewalls.
if your only gona use a 26" ya better go to a 12" wheel.
the only reason i went to a 14" wheel, is i went up to the 28" tires.
gain 2 inches of rim, and gain 1.5-2" of tire.

| im pretty disappointed in the factory ITP's on the XP.. they shove through the turns, and have awful traction.. also put a hole in the sidewall pretty easily. bighorns will be coming shortly. i liked them better on our S | |

| Ihad the best luck out of pitbull rockers but they do grab everything hard, did not have any flats on 12 inch wheel with multilpe sets of bighorns pitbulls terra crosses, went to a 14 inch wheel with teraa crosses 3 holes in sidewalls including splitting the outter rim completley apart from ss212 itp wheel which they did replace | |

I ran 12 in my Bighorns and never had any problems but I wouldn't drop below that PSI especially with 14" wheels. I'm running 7PSI in my Pitbulls on 12" wheels right now. I seem to get the right amount of flex with that PSI but I'm still leary that I'm not running enough. One day everyone is gonna figure out that you can't run the lighter tires on 1500 pound machines without problems. 8 ply tires are the only way to go and it seems more companies are starting to produce them for us.

| pretty much seems to be the problem. 26'' tires just have to little sidewall to work on 14's | |
