| The last time I was in the WW area (last November 2011) the View was till off limits.
Can you now get up the View without being shot?

| I don't think so. We went by there the other day in a hurry and there were signs everywhere for us to keep out. We went back behind the view and down that trail.
It was on a weekend do much wasn't going on |

| I took a small group of 5 rzrs up the back side New Years eve weekend. The guard ran out of his shack down there yelling something with a bull horn so we only stayed a few mins before we went back down the back side , went back down the trail & across the creek where we came from. I haven't heard of anybody going over there since. | |

Does anyone know if the H/M Rangers are still trying to write you a ticket on the gravel road that goes up to Burke Mtn from Tiny's if you don't have a permit.

| The coal business is very slow thanks to new EPA regulations. I would say on a weekend, you will be good to go. You may see one guard on the whole job site. Just wave and get the wheels turning. Don't try to run off fast and hurt yourself. I mean what's he gonna do, run over you? | |

| We was up there 3 weeks ago and rode right up pass the guard shack and up the front side this was on a Saturday saw no guards but coal trucks was running the haul road passed a few on road coming from pinnacle | |

| I could be wrong, but i think they where keeping everyone off for a while so the grass and trees could grow. After they get through stripping everything EPA makes the coal company restore the hills back the way they were. So everything is probably cool now. | |
