Rhino Trying to Out Run a RZR

Here are some pics of whats left of a 660 Rhino engine that tried to outrun our RZR. This is for you wv rhino from you know who.

i tryed to outrun a rzr once. didt work the belt and clutch blow. a few weeks later i got a rzr.

Well I think he's going with a 720 stroker. As for the head we have a guy looking to see if it is cracked. He said if it ain't cracked he can put new guides and seats along with new valves, springs, and such. Though I might have to run it past him just to use JB Weld and epoxy to fix it. Also, found out today have another cracked rocker on the intake side. Just more parts to find I guess.

Ouch! Did it have a CDI box on it? Must have been crankin hard for a long time to do that, or had a ton of miles on it.

One thing is for sure, I'll never try to keep up with a RZR on my 450. :119:

I was on the fence bigtime when I bought my 450....Keep the Grizzly, and get the 450, or trade the Grizzly in for a RZR.

I love my Grizzly, but still wonder if I should have went with the RZR only. :204:

Why would a stock 660 even try???
Me ,I can out-run "Our" RZR any time, any where...........................

Donations wanted. when the build is complete I'm gonna need one more thing so I can ride with the nite fab gang. A brake up grade!!! It's gonna suck to have all that power and nobody to run with. I'll wear out more brakes than ten rhinos stoping to wait on them.

Well, need to update (no video but our rzr did get a flat) on the rebuild. Here are some more pics of the main case assembled. You can also see the Hot Rods Stroker Crank and Rod, and the new 11:1 Piston. Update on the head the machine shop can fix it. WV Rhino got plus one valves with new spring, retainers, and rockers. Hopefully we can get the head back sometime this week. When we do I will update.
