| Just finished replacing Both of my fronts, did not have much play but when I tore the front end down the passenger side hub was broke completely off.
I did both front hubs and bearing kit.
oh yeah, and every other bearing bushings and universals in the rzr front to back. all new bolts in all a-arms ,tie rods and knuckles.
should be better than new. tested it last sat.
so far......Everything seems good to go.

| I'm glad Polaris has resized their hub. Since I've done it so many times . . . . 1. I wouldn't loctite(seal?) the outer race to the bearing carrier. 2. I would use a press instead of a 2x4 and a hammer to install a new bearing. 3. I'd save an old outer race to seat the new bearing below the snap ring. | |

| Well i dont have a press so i take the hub take the bushings out put in the oven on 400 for bout 35-40 minutes...(after cleaning it good) take the bearing that had been in the freezer for the same time if not longer and drop it right in..... no pressing needed...let it cool and put back together | |

| Sorry fellows....I do everything by the book(rzr service manual) press them out and press them in and use bearing retainer loctite....I already had two spun bearings doing it the other way...bearing carriers are about 90.00 ea. | |
