| just had a friend on another forum get me a list of gates belts at a discounted prices and have no idea how they will hold up but thought I would put up info in case anyone wanted to try these out.
By all accounts the Gates G-Force CVT belt is a very good option for a replacement in your RZR. I ordered the RZR S belt Gates PN 19G4022. The "S" belt is just a little wider to account for the slightly larger tires on the S models, otherwise it is identical to the regular RZR belt. Either one can be found at Discount Fleet Supply for $30.15 plus $14 shipping. $44 is a screaming deal when compared to $140 for the OEM belt. DFS shipped the order and I had a tracking number within 2 hours of placing my order, hard to beat that!
Here are the PN's for specific models:
2008-2013 RZR 800 - 19G3982
2009 RZR S 800- 19G4022
2010-2013 RZR S 800- 24G4022
Heres a link: 19G4022 Gates G-Force CVT Belt

| Ray, If I were you, I would stick with the factory belts. I think you just need to use low range a lot more often with the 4 seater than you used to in the 2 seater. I know it's a pain sometimes to keep stopping to shift, but that is the life of the belt. I used low very often in my S. Belt looked like new at 2300miles when I had it apart before I sold it. People almost slam you when you stop to shift to low, and people leave you in the dust when you stop to shift back to high, but I believe you can make a belt last forever like that.
If you try any other belt, I would make sure I had a spare til I seen how it holds up.

| Thanks for all the replys , it looks like OEM is the majority favorite. will be getting one, also a gates belt may replace with the gates and keep the OEM in the box for just in case. Again thanks. | |

| I agree with Hump on the Low range issue as I too use mine a lot as I'm a big boy and carry tools and what not with me in my box. Lots of times on steep hills I see loads of people straining their RZR's on a hill when they have to stop and then they complain about the belt trying to slip a little. Had my daughter and son-n-law ride mine for the day last year and sure enough they blew a belt out on mine before we got back to the campers and he said he hadn't used low range all day. As for the belts I always go with OEM belts as they are design for that type quad and thought about going to a S belt in mine since is is made just a hair wider. | |

| Even though the rhino never has issues in high due to the wet clutch setup, I still use low in it on the bad hills because it just feels better. Better control of the power, and easier on the drivetrain. | |

| Buuba uses low gear causes he is awful SLOW!!! lol Gadget, just use some of that black rtv stuff. It has sealed my housing since 09 with no problems, and ya have seen how the Joker don't go around water and deep mud. When ya get the new belf, wash it with hot water and some Dawn dish soap to get the oil off. It will help the belt to last longer. Also hit the clutch faces with some socth brite pads before putting the new belt on. | |
