It's proportional. Just halve everything if you only want to make one gallon.

Well durn, I was told to not let it boil! And that's the way I cook it up and it tastes GREAT!!! Although crummy Florida only has 150 proof ever clear.

Geterdun's is the benchmark for what all apple pie should taste like.  THey say it's the secret panty dropper.  I can't say for sure because I've never made it home with a jar, but it sure does taste good enough for a hottie that don't drink to guzzle some down.

Half gal. Apple cider half gal. Apple juice cup of honey tbsp. Of cinnamon ,nutmeg heat that allmost to boiling and make sure u let cool all the way and then add liquor

I happen to know a guy with a good supply of real shine, and a good quality batch of apple pie in the works, made with real shine, not everclear.
