PostSubject: any chevy wrench monkeys?   November 8th 2013, 9:29 am

I replaced the powersteering pump on my 1984 Chevy 1/2 ton and replaced the lines, but I don't remember which line goes where on the top of the gear box. Anyone know where I need to put the pressure line?  Thanks!

If I'm not mistaken I believe it goes to the Rack Opinion.

I Google everything I could think of and finally found it on LMC truck. Thanks!  We had them hooked up right just have to route the line different this time. The line was touching the alternator belt and I didn't realize it and wore a hole in the new belt in a few seconds. Live and learn.
