This was posted on the TTB forum from Sherry who is helping somebody sell the trailer. Doesn't sound too bad for only $700 and it is already at Hilltop.
Hey I am here to clarify the details of the camper. I'm not sure if anyone knows Cupcake aka Justin. I'm posting the camper for him. It is located at Hilltop Escape. I went up today to take pictures of it if anyone is interested. It is located across the road from Carol and Rogers. Up in the woods next to the bear sign. We need to move it in the next few weeks. We are asking $700 and we are willing to help move it as far as another site that Carol and Roger have open. I talked to Carol The other day and she said she had a site available behind the restaurant for $100 a month includes electric, water and sewer.
Details on the camper:
Sleeps 6 to 8 (I apologize as stated earlier I was not thinking adults). We can fit two kids on each bunk.
The roof is leaking in the front portion and from what we see in the inside it is central to one area.
The heating had a new fan motor put in and needs to be set back in place.
The A/C has been serviced and works great!
The fridge has been removed. We do not have an electric camp site (generator used when needed) so we used that space for additional storage and used coolers.
We have never used any of the plumbing. But the previous owner stated it worked fine. (Keep in mind it's been at least 8 years since we bought it so not guaranteeing anything.)
The lights, stove and microwave work as well.
The beds and couch are in good condition.
The layout is two full double door closets. Decent sized bathroom with actual door (not accordian style).
Two single beds, two bunk beds, and a pull out sofa.
It has two flat tires on one side but shouldn't be an issue if it's staying at Hilltop.
Two entry doors from exterior.
All the windows have screens and open and close properly.
For $700 it should make someone pretty happy. Especially with it being close to several camp grounds to chose from.
It is a late 70 model and we think it is in much better condition than several others in the same decade
Again we are asking $700 which includes assistance with move within Hilltop Escape.
You can feel free to call or text me at 704-798-4323. I will be making another trip up there within the next week and we would like to have it moved within in the next few weeks.
