| I need to take a minute to give a great big THANK YOU to James Davis. My plan was to come up there and install my new YXZ seat, Rhino axles, replace the Catvos lower front arms, figure out the tie rod upgrade and help James with putting the bike back together. Not only did all that get done, he took the time to not only make sure my bike got back together and running stronger than ever, he took the time to teach me a lot of little things I never knew. About every 15 minutes or so I would hear him yell, "Rob, come here and check this out", and he would begin showing me all kinds if really cool stuff I had never known or even thought of. Then Timmi showed up to visit and ride with us and James tore into his bike and made it faster too! I swear the guy would give you the shirt off his back. Not to mention we were fed and treated like kings the entire time we were there. Then there is Nikki who was not only working, shipping, answering phone calls, getting me parts, watching the grand-baby and constantly cleaning up after us and all the messes we made each and every day!!! Not to mention the fact that he pretty much put his daily business activities on hold for a couple of days, just to take care of me. If that isn't customer service at it';s finest, I don't know what is. I cant forget all the help I got from Timothy Ward and Scott Pickens, thank you guys for all your help!!! So I left WV with not only a faster machine, but I left WV feeling I was part of the family. So to James and Nikki, thank you from the bottom of my heart, you both are two amazing people! Some day my Viking will be gone, but this friendship will always be there. Rob | |
