| I had one with a 6" barrel. I didn't like that and someone made me a good offer. I wanted a Ultra Light but kept holding off then this new Public Defender came out... | |

Daryl, the Ultralight has a 3" barrel and a bigger handle. The Public defender has a 1-7/8" barrel with a short handle. It's a little heavier too. Your welcome to check it out in person. The best price around local is at L J A Fire Arms in Stokesdale. I will PM you that price. I have it loaded with Federal 000 buck and Long Colt 45. Also the Public Defender comes only with a 2.5" chamber, the Ultra light or standard Judge you can get a 3" chamber. The Public Defender is much easier to conceal.

| I only carry one or 2. I just like guns! Every now and then when I take my Ranger I bring a few more. Lots of good places to shoot in WV. | |

| Never thought about concealing a Judge. Seems too big to easily conceal. You've got a nice collection going! | |

| Randy, go check out a Public Defender. Put one in your hand. I'll take your word for it. I gotta stay out of Gun Shops. I see I buy. Not good for my bank account. My money tree grows way too slow. | |

| My weakness is stainless guns. I always liked the shine of heavy metal. If the gun feels really solid and has firm motions that makes my credit card just jump out of my wallet. There's a new gun shop in King, NC 1 block from my house -- I'm dying to go in it but know that it will cost me something.... | |

| Yea, I heard that Triad Gun Souce closed and that there was a new shop in King. I haven't been there yet? You still have the Bull? | |

| Yep -- Still have the Raging Bull. Have not shot it since early October. It's a great gun to hold and look at but not much use unless you are bear hunting or wanna just make alot of noise. I'll never sell it -- it's a gun I just like to own. Stainless, Heavy, and very solid -- my favorite -- kinda like a woman with lots of T&A!
I did not know TGS was closed. I've been so focused on other things the last few months that I have not stopped by there. The new shop in King is downtown -- approx 1 block from the house we are renting while building the new home. The new gun shop is small -- I'll likely check it out before Christmas.

| Nice! I want a 3" mag judge with a 2 1/2 barrel for the wife. Barrowed one from a friend, and she loved it. I like that Colt with no sights, it's amazing how easily sights can get caught up in clothing. I carry a Taurus Millinium 9mm on days I can't wear a coat, but it's a little tough to conceal. In the winter, it's my favorite...Springfield Armory XD .45 4" service model. | |

1911s have caught my eye for sure, and yes, they can get pricey....That's why I run away every time I see one. I guess it's only a matter of time.
