Anybody having lots of Pop up and Navigation issues now?

Just the last couple days, I've been getting a lot more in your face banner ads and after posting it navigates to another marketing site.

I had a virus early this week and thought I had it cleaned but I suppose it could be related to that or maybe had some setting changed not blocking some of that crap now.

Just curious if anyone else was experiencing that as well.

I realize this is a free forum, so it may just be one of those things we have to put up with.

I had a lot of trouble with it yesterday. I have a pop up blocker and it was working over time yesterday. Also I got a notice that a virus had been blocked . got this notice twice. Seems fine so far today.

I had that trouble yesterday tons of them kept popping up, havent had any trouble today.

I've had those problems too. Got a virus while on here, and my anti-virus caught it and deleted it.

There is a great free version of a anit-spyware programs that does wonders if anyone wants to get a copy it's at:

Just download the free version. It took off the last virus I had.

I hate it that we're having these troubles, but also glad to see that I'm not the only one that it's happening to. Thank goodness for Norton! I've been attacked three times while here in the last week or so.

I haven't had any issues but I use Firefox most of the time.

we had trouble!! was down for over a week . some spy ware invaided ours. had to take it to town. they had a hard time getting into the pc.. they said that the spy ware had wraped its slef around every thing, and they couldnt get into anything. so they had to take it allll the way down!! now we are trying to get it all put back on, (this is a bitch) couldnt save anything. KEEP YOUR PC UP DATED SO THIS DONT HAPPEN, it aint no fun! and it isnt cheap. we had our trucking, storage, personal business on here!! did i tell you.... this is a bitch!! PUSHROD

AVG Free is a great free virus software that I use at home and at work on 6 different PC's, NEVER have had a virus on any of them with it running.
