| Recieved my new Legend off road air suspension system. All of the parts look to be high quality parts and package was very organized and parts were well protected. Install directions are fairly simple and complete. All parts seem to be accounted for. So far I have installed the compressor, the solenoid, the gauges and switches, and ran the wires and air lines. I'll install the shocks in next day or two and then tie back all the wires and air lines making sure nothing will rub. Then hopefully I'll be ready to ride and get high enough to go over the big rocks and air down to load in the toyhauler. I'll post pictures soon | |

| That should do the trick. Lower it on those high speed roads, then jack it up for the rough stuff when needed. I like the fuse block, that's a good idea. | |

| Shocks worked great out on the trail. I can only compare to stock but man what a smooth ride. I went over several logs at least 6-8 in and never had to check up. My wife was with me and had injured her hip earlier in the week and the ride was so smooth she did not complain and we were traveling some fairly rough trails pretty fast. We came to a mud hole I had high centered in before so I aired all the way up and came through with little problem. Usually I drag every rock in WV but not this ride I only noticed a few. A couple of bad points, first achieving the softest ride with the right hieght can be tricky. Even with the air guages it was hard to get the right pressure going down the trail because every bump would increase or decrease the air as the shocks absorbed the bumps.I do expect this to get better the more I ride and try different adjustments. Second and most important, The air lines are a heavy duty plastic and even though I ran the back lines high against the bottom of the bed, the heat from the exhaust melted holes in both lines within 30 min of my first time out. I was lucky enough to have just enough slack in the lines to shorten the lines and reroute lower under the exhaust and installed a heater hose over the lines so I could get back on the trail. This bandade fix did last the rest of the weekend but I will look for and install metal lines before my next ride and try to shield some of the exhaust heat away from the shocks. Overall I am very pleased with the system and best of all I can now load in my toyhauler without fear of riping the bottom of my bed out. another benifit that I never thought about is the ability to lower the RZR to go under low hanging trees and limbs if needed. I'll keep everyone informed about the upgrde to metal air lines and future test rides | |
