| I know this a dumb question but what kind of boots and gloves do you guys wear when riding in Jan, Feb? (20 to 30 degree temps). I bought some cheap boots and gloves from Walmart last year and well I didn't freeze to death, but I was not that comfortable either. Is 1000 gram Thinsulate good enough? This is for riding a RZR...The heck with riding a 4wheeler up their in the winter! Thanks! | |

| 1000 - 1200 gram Thinsulate should be good, but you'll still need layers. A Hot Hands in your pocket or on the back of your neck makes a big difference for those super cold days. We've rode 4-wheelers for 8 hours on 5 degree days many times. Fire logs are great for warming up fast! | |

| It's a good idea to bring several pairs of gloves so you can always have a warm pair to change them out through out the day if you have a rear box it stays warm in there from the heat off of the motor so store extra gloves in there.I have some military cold weather gloves that work great. For boots I would buy them a little big so you can wear more than one pair of socks and use the warmer hunting socks. | |

| The major thing to remember is you have to stay dry to stay warm! | |
