| I don't really know enough to help you one way or another. I have thought about doing the exhaust, fuel controller, and clutch kit as well. However I haven't been able to decide on which one myself. This link is a shootout of 11 different exhaust on the RZR, with dyno results. It may help you decide a bit. http://issuu.com/buffalo1/docs/exhaust_evaluation | |

| A guy I use to ride with had the dual DMC and a fuel controller and he could never leave my stock RZR and seem to never be able to get it to run just right so just keep your money and buy some doors and other stuff you can use I think the Looney Tunes sound the best of the ones I have heard if you care about sound. | |

| As far as a fuel controller goes, I highly recommend the PowerCommander 5 with AutoTune. The complete kit is about $600, but it does include an O2 sensor (AutoTune) which will give you correct fuel/air mixture at any altitude and you wont have to download any fuel maps. If you just buy the PowerCommander 5 by itself, you will have to download the maps off of their website. This is fine as long as they have your mods (pipe, filter, etc) on their map listing. The PowerCommanders are the best Fuel Controllers money can buy, but they are pricey and can be a pain in the butt to figure out. A lot of guys who have em usually end up putting their rides on the Dyno to tune em, which to me is a bunch of trouble just to gain a few HP. The other fuel controllers sold by, Two Brothers, HMF, Muzzy, Big Gun are made by a company called Dobeck and are far more simplistic and cheaper ($220) than the PC 5s, but they are limited in performance because they only add fuel (kind of like putting a bigger jet in a carb). Where as the PC 5s have the ability to take fuel in and out. I have a Two Brothers fuel controller in my RZR and I really can't tell a difference from the stock fuel setup, except when I got the fuel settings cranked up making it run terrible (Rich). If you just want to keep your RZR from running lean after installing a full exhaust, the Dobeck controllers are fine. But if you want good performance gains, then the PC 5 is the way to go. | |

I like the sound of that Two Brothers exhaust, it's not too loud. You can get just the slip on and it won't break the bank too bad. The performance is not quite as good as the duels but it still get about 2 and a half more horse power. | |

| Another thing too. I personally think there is too much hype behind exhaust systems. Yes a Looney Tune or any other dual exhaust does look and sound awesome. But for our type of riding in WV, I just don't believe you will notice 3 to 7 HP. out on them trails when you are only averaging 25 to 40 mph. A good clutch kit for around $200 to $250 is your best performance gain for the money. But don't get me wrong that Looney Tune is tempting if you know what I mean. | |

| I like how the Barkers and the Looney Tuned sounds. If I were gonna do it, it would be one of those systems or nothing. Everything else sounds like a weedeater on crack. I agree with what Bobby said though, just think about all the stuff you can get for $900. Here's a vid of the Barkers on a S. It wouldn't let me embed this video for some reason. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0441j_QbYmQ | |

| without motor mods you will not see much of a gain. atleast for the money you put into the mods.
like bobby said i would spend my $$$ on other things. fuel, and extra trip or 2 to go riding. |

| im just saying that unless you go all out in mods a bolt on exaust and fuel controler is just not worth the $$. a $1000 + for 5 to 10 hp is just not worth it to me. |

| I mostly wanting to get a exhaust for sound because my step mom rides the rzr more than me and if its louder maybe she wont ride it as much lol. I will keep checking around and see what i find. What about clutching what is the best one to get, I found some on ebay and they are either for 27" or bigger tires or for riding in the sand which probably wont help me any, I do mostly trail riding with occasonal mud hole or just riding on back roads. I would like to find something so that it dont free wheel as much going down hills, its a pain to hold the brake and give it gas at the same time. | |

| Give Dale a call at Dirty Dog Performance. Just tell him what kinka ridin you plan on doing, what size of tires, roof, and air filter, exhaust, or any changes that you have done and he will fix you right up. The engine brakeing on my RZR is so good that I almost never use the brake pedel!!! And she will sling a lot of mud and have had it up to 66mph according to the GPS and it was still building speed. | |

| If you looking for performance gains, then I would recommend looking at the suspension first. All the horsepower in the world will do you no good unless you keep your tires on the ground.... | |

| I first bought a Clutch Kit from Dale @ DDP and love it. Then I added a SuperTrapp Mudslinger and Power Commander. Loved it even more. Added an FMF header, more area to the air filter intake, re-tuned the Power Commander and am very satisfied with the whole combination(no dyno data). Clutch kit and JBS spring/shock conversion are the best performance bangs for the buck . | |
