RZR axles

On our recent outing I was on bit hard on the RZR. One of the left font CVs is piping loudly It only has ~350 miles on them and already lost one CV. I have 27" Bighorns and have extended the travel so I know it's tough on them.
Question is to rebuild or replace.

1) Rebuild the bad CV ~$80
2) Replace the entire axle assembly with new stock ~$130
3) Upgrade to HD axles ~$200ea (ouch)

Also, should I plan on replacing the wheel bearings or other parts when I fix it? I would rather spend a little more and do it right and not have to worry about it. We have a week scheduled at Brimestone and really do not want to spend time fixing stuff instead of riding.

Suggestions?

I would say just repair the cv....Just inspect everything else real good. Ball joints,bushings,tierods and bearings. The bearings should be ok. Iv'e got 1300 miles on mine. I just replaced all the ball joints and one tie rod. If the bushings are loose you can cut the metal sleave and tighten them up. Just my 2 cents worth.

Just decided to bit the bullet and buy two new complete HD axle assemblies. I'll rebuild the bad one and keep the stock ones for spares.

I'd say unless you've been doing a lot of extreme mudding that your wheel bearings will be just fine with only 350 miles on them. It usually takes a lot of grit from mudding to work by the seal to get to the bearings

Cool, only slight mud play for us and we wash them throughly afterwards. I figured out a long time ago how hard mud is on parts.
