Ok guys ---
What is the difference in a 2011 vs. 2012 Polaris 900 XP other than the colors?

Front end geometry to help it turn better. A few color differences. That's about it

Big Horn tires on the 2012 too! Steering is lighter with less bump steer on the 12.

Oddly enoguh, I thing I found the answers to my question -- here is what I found on another forum --
Oddly, it is the newest RZR – the Ranger RZR XP 900 (15,999) – that received the biggest changes for 2012. Though it was just introduced in January, Polaris has given the RZR XP 900 a host of improvements. Suspension tuning is made simpler with the addition of compression adjustment knobs on the Fox 2.0 shocks for tool-less adjustment. Additionally, driveline noise has been reduced thanks to a new, rubber-isolated prop shaft. When we tested out the RZR XP 900 we noted that it took a lot of effort to steer and Polaris has addressed this by redesigning the front geometry (though we’d still like to test out a unit with power steering). As well, a new passenger grab bar features an anti-rattle bushing to help reduce noise.

I love that orange rzr xp. The thing is east coast cannot get it. The dealers are blocked out from ordering it. If you wanted one one would have to go out west to get it.
I think it would be fun to go on a long ride and bring one back to the east coast.
It looks really awesome

That's odd TBONE. They had just got one in Jackson Tn two weeks ago. I didn't care for the flat look of the orange.

They did Muddy???
I went to World Class Monday. As I was sitting there I told them I wanted to see one of those real bad.
The owner Heather said she has tried to get one and she cant. She was blocked out on her screen from ordering them. She even showed me her order screen with Polaris. It was true. She was blacked out and could not order it. She told me it was a West coast only order for that machine. Maybe the dealer has to be a bigger size or something to be able to order one.
Heck I would drive to TN to get one. If I really wanted one though I am sure I could get Travis at Performance East to call his rep and get it done.

I just called them and they sold the one they had yesterday. Didn't know for sure when but could find out when the next one would be in. You could call them. I talked to Ronnie at Bobs house of Honda. 731-668-4191.

Ok thanks! I really like that machine. Those doors look really good on it too.
Here is a video of underneath it. I was looking at this video to see if I could see the changes on the front end.

Cool deal. In Indiana?
If I add that orange one the regular rzr will have to be sold.

I'm guess you have to be a larger volume dealer to get one.
