| Not exactly sure myself, but considering in states their entire property, i would say quite a few if not all. Bobby D. would probably be the best to answer that one. I figured i better get this news out there before everyone gets down there. Sucks ASS! The article says something about the employees for the mining company have to get training to be on the property. I wonder if we as a group would be eligible for training and their new "TAG". May be the only way around it. | |

| That SUX, what about the people who live on that road? and a couple businesses................well everyone bring a helmet and no beer!!!....sad....i bet H/M had some input on this......PCC's website thanks DOT for fixing the road.....if the county gave the land owner the road why is DOT working on it?........No more free/unregulated riding in WV is on the way!! | |

I am sure you cant get that "training"........miners have to be hazard trained to be on any mine property....but it is basically saying yield to haul trucks....what cb channels they run on.....common sense stuff....I will look for a property map at work today.......It cant be good.......

| I am not sure, it is so hard to tell, those land companies own massive tracts of land....but there are homes and and bushinesses on the upper end at what point it gets cut off is hard to tell.........I think it will only affect the pinnacle creek road from Pineville that passes US Steele to some point down stream of the pinacle creek campground. | |

| I dont know where that is, where did u get "soggy bottom" a local? I am only familiar with names on topo maps, or I can ask someone more knowledgeable about the area if the name is something the locals use.......at this point I think it will cut off about the lower 1/3 of Pinnacle riding area....... | |

| thats probably it then. You head out down the trail. get to the creek and take a left. That will run you out towards soggy bottom. |

| I think it is mainly at the H/M trail that takes you to Pineville along the creek is what I understand but I could be wrong. | |

| I think you will be able to go down stream about 5-6 miles or so, around beartown fork.......just short of spider creek.....

I think you are right.....that is what my dad is hearing from my uncle........mainly at the lower end........hopefully anyway.......it may not affect us at all, unless you live in Pineville and use that road to access upper end of Pinnacle creek........ | |

| If they close it off, we as a club should jump to try to lease it all. Similar thing happened on the property between tams mountain, burning rock, helen, mullens, maben, etc. We rode dirt bikes on this property as kids and the mines closed it off. It's about 8,000 acres (I'm guessing). It's now leased to Allen Creek Sportsman's Club. Was a memeber myself for a few years til we got the place in herndon. About 120-150 members at $125-$150 per person per year. That's $15-25k per year. Don't know what the price would be for something like this but we as a club could do it easily. My cousin is on the board for the hunting club. He might know more about this... | |

| that really sucks! I think it's a sign of the times. The company wants to keep the public off their property, it's probably a liability issue. Run with the idea to lease it as a "hunting/sportsmans (with atv'ing) club property. | |
