HELP.....trying to find an old post

A while back someone found and posted a link to a site that sold dog tags which could be personalized with emergency information. There was a lot of interest from different members however hey were quite expensive. I am trying to find that link as I will soon (next week) have the ability to do the same thing but much less expensively.

If you know where this link is please post it.

Jet, I don't have a link to them. I will be getting in the rest of the equipment to do them late next week. They were actually pretty cool but it seems like they were around $17 plus shipping which made them a bit pricy. They are just like military dog tags except printed. would make a great key chain or dog tag or zipper pull or.....you get the idea with personal/emergency info on it.

I was just looking for the link so I can get some ideas on how they had them laid out.

Here is a mock up that I did to show what I was talking about (for those that don't know 'NKDA' is a medical abbreviation for 'No Known Drug Allergies' Any EMT or first responder will know what that means. I could add more or less text if needed. They would make great key chains or wear it like a dog tag while riding.

Its one of those things that I know a most of the people I ride with very well but to be honest I wouldn't know how to contact a family member in case of emergency for most people I ride with. I could call your cell or send you a pm or an email but no clue how to get in touch with your family.

This will be one tag, front and back

Glen, I am planning on pricing them at $8 each or 2 for $12 and $1 for shipping and will include a 30" chain. I can customize them with any logos you want as long as its not a copyright violation.

Glad everyone likes them. Once I have all the bugs worked out (if there are any) I will start a post with the dog tags and the license plates for sale. The price I gave above was for the dog tags. The license plates will be higher. I haven't figured in all the costs yet on those so I will post it later. I also have some motorcycle size tags coming that would fit on SXS's nicely!

Will you be able to print both sides , if someone want custom info on the other side would you be able to do that ?

Drew, that is a mockup of a 2 sided one. I could not put a logo on one side and print anything wanted there also.
