| They have a field just past the Larry Joe Harless center that they turn into a campground during trailfest and that's where all the activities and showers and food are. There's no hook ups for electric or sewer though. | |

| There's all kinds of house's and stuff if you stay in Gilbert. Just get on the Hatfield McCoy's web site and start looking. The only campground that I know of is Twin Hollow http://www.twinhollowcampground.com/ it's on top of the hill above Gilbert, you ride by it after you go throught the tunnel (pipe) heading down the connector into Gilbert. I've never stayed at any of them so I can't say what any of them are like. This place looks nice and the owner is super nice,my alternator went out on my truck in front of his house on my way home in 2010 and he gave me a ride to Man to get a new one and helped me put it on.

I would say if your going you had better book a place soon or they will all be gone.

| I have stayed at Twin Hollow twice and really enjoyed it both times. You can rv camp, tent camp, or get a cabin. They book fast though.
The views are beautiful for the camp ground is on top of a mountain.
The facilities are very good. You will like it and it is on the Browning Fork trail.

| I reserved my camp spot last year when we left. We will be staying at Twin Hollow Camp Ground too. We had a great time. | |

| I've been to Trailfest for the last 2 years and I can tell you if you have not reserved a cabin, lodge, motel, etc, by now, you're not gonna be able to get a place at all. I'm not sure about the campsites though. If you call any of those lodging places on TrailsHeavan.com for Trailfest, they will all be booked. | |

That's why we need to purchase a piece of property. So you can have a permanent campsite.
