| I was riding with Sandbuggy, MuddyMark, and PrarieDawg and accidentally hit a rock real hard and bent the A Arm. Here is a pic. I will say....those a arms sure are tough. It finished the day and stayed in one piece. |

| Wow --- looks like a hard hit. I don't think an A-Arm guard would have helped you there. What do you think? | |

| I was thinking about that shawn and I seriously doubt it would of helped. I could be wrong but I think I would of had a torn up a arm and an torn up a arm guard so by not having a guard it cut down on the casualty list. |

Thanks Buddy!!! World Class ordered everything.....well they forgot the clip that holds the balljoint in after you press it in the a arm. Muddy Mark and Sandbuggy told me it would be best to bend that one back and keep as a spare so I went ahead and ordered an a arm, balljoint, and now a clip for it. I am going to do a total replacement and keep the old one as a spare at our rides in case someone needs it. |

| Spares are good... I now have a front and rear axle now for spares... little click in rear and have not tried the front with new boot and grease, but may work... maybe I need to buy a 2nd RZR for spare parts...... know what i mean | |

| I got the new one back on last night and here is a photo of the arm. This is a view from directly underneath. The welds did not break up near the bushing. The new A Arm bolted up great and looks good. Perfect fit. I may just leave this one the way it is instead of bend it. It still lines up with the frame. I just want it to get a machine off the trail just in case we need it. I really dont know a good way to straighten it without some type of jig. |

| Boy you dinged that one up good. I bent one on my first ride too, just not that nearly that bad. I've ridden twice since (on the bent arm) and no further issues. There is a lot of real estate sticking out there on those arms to hit rocks with. I didn't even feel it when I hit it....suspension works pretty good....I guess it makes you a little too confident going through the rocks. | |
