| One thing is for sure---the market will constantly change & we will always want to upgrade.

| Already have the Crew Ranger so don't think a 4 seater , but do see a Motor swap comming either to the RZR or Ranger , they need a new motor for the RZR either a smaller like 500 cc and then the 850 for the more sporty model , plus offering a differnt pricing chance ( with the 500 option ) . I see this happing to offset the problems they are having with the 800 motor , plus it is a tried and true motor with few problems . Or maybe a total new design motor would be cool , or next gen RZR !!!! we will know tomorrow . | |

| Perhaps they will build a RZR that doesn't eat dust and require a new top end -doubtful though | |

| If you read the H M rules they state that an ATV can not have a engine larger than 800cc !!! | |

| The 800 is a great motor, the 08's just had a bad intake setup, thats fixed. They just got things fixed, dont look for any major changes anytime soon to the rzr. ranger is using a obsolete 700 motor, it is no longer used in anything except the ranger, look for it to be upgraded to the 800 or possibly the 850 soon. |

Agreed! The intake deal is fixed as far as I see on the 09's. I rode (2) 09's this past weekend. They feel allot smoother than my 08.

The smoother transmission was one of the things they were boasting about. It is smooth all right.........till you tap the gas going downhill. The lack of a good EBS system on the RZR is my major complaint. It is a fantastic machine though.

| Reason for a lack of Engine breaking ( per Dustin at Carolina ) is the turning effect that it has on there machines . If you have ever had the chance to take a sportsman down a grade it will turn you completely sideways if given a chance . He had a fellow that bought the kit to install it on a Ranger and was told that he loved it ( in the parking lot ) , returned one week later and told them to remove it , he could not keep it strait on down hills . The 4 wheel only engages in foward motion , to allow you the best turning and drivablity . I was told this when I questioned him on the cost to put it on my machine . I have found that if you tap the gas , the gear will stay ingaged and helps , but if it idles it kicks to neutral and it is the quick way to the crash site . | |

| Disappointed with the news for 2010... Oh well. Changes are color for the "S" white and LED rear tail lights, parking brake...
They did put the 800 in the Ranger....

| all rangers have the 800 and you can also get and 500,400 Electric-Powered one.
the crew and 6x6 also get the new body style.
also the 400 and the electric rangers are a little smaller. |
