| Im Looking into getting new Springs on my ride, just to gain a tad more ground clearance, and to compensate for the heavy load I carry in the back, dont want the lift kit, just springs. I have read alot on Making Trax Springs, but who has changed theirs on the rzr S with the Fox Shocks, and what do you all suggest any other better brand for what Im looking for? Im just a strict trail rider, so not WTFO all the time or jumping, well until the beverages talk me into it. Anyways any suggestions? | |

| The lift firms up the ride a little, mainly in the rear. It moves the top mounts of the shocks out a little, and that increases the shock/springs effectivness. It may be something for you to consider. It's nice to have that extra 2" of clearance when the shocks are compressed. The added down travel helps a little in the ruts. | |

| Someone that re valves/ rebuilds those shocks could head you in the right directios as far as springs , you also have a lot of adjustments that can be done to those shocks plus differnt oils and valves . Simoniz is the only person I known that really does a lot with the suspensions on his machines , a PM to him maybe he could suggest someone that can put your suspension where it should be , that is where i would start . | |

| I had a 2011 rzr s and i put makin trax springs on it. It was like night and day, it rode better handled better and i had more ground clearence. On my 2012 xp i just put racertech springs. Either way you go makin trax or racertech will get you more clearance and get you alot better ride | |
