| Anyone used these before. Spring Shims... My Ranger is starting to sag and it's pissing me off! I had this issue on my RZR. Bought Walker Evan shocks and now have saggy springs again! Does anyone know the spring rate is for the Highlifter springs? I'm not sure what the stock spring rates were but on my WER's they were 125lb. front and 150lb rear.. They are telling me I need 150lb. fronts and 200lb rears... So now I'm thinking about spacers but I beleive that might be a quick fix then the springs will just sag more....

| Order some EPI Heavy Duty if they make them for your Ranger. The EPI rears for the 2008 Ranger were 250 lb springs.

Seems light to me since my Rhino runs 325/800 lb progressive rate springs on the rear...

| The Rhino is a Progressive rate spring. It offers 325 lbs of resistance for the first few inches and 800lbs of resistance for the rest of the travel. Any springs you see with close coils and then widely spaced coils are progressive -- the Can-am's are also.
For what it's worth the stock Rhino rear springs were something like 200/450 progressive spings and sagged awful. | |
