Idea to modify a-arm bushings

Add to that the cost of balljoints every few months, and a front driveshaft every year, that should cover the other Rhino goodies one would want.

I was thinking of running heim joints instead of the bushings. I think that's the only real fix, but it would be some cutting and welding to do it right.

I've found out for the last month that I have had more fun riding my slower 450 than I have working on balljoints and bushings. Going out every ride waiting for that clunk in the frontend from loose bushings or bad balljoint has taken the fun out of it. I guess as long as we buy them, there is no reason for Polaris to fix their problems.

My buddy wvdreamer is getting ready to do the heim thing to his. He is ready to start cutting. He has already tried using hat top washers like what come on the rear outer. He had to machine the inner sleeve down a little so that basically the hat top washer and pivot sleeve would touch making it a much tighter fit. That worked 3 times as long on his last set of front bushings.

I'm working on a fix for the rzr bushing problem and will know something in two weeks.....untill then....don't let this stuff get you down...Bubba is comming to the rescue....
