| Well after 5200 miles on the ole Geterdun RZR. She was overdue for a little fix. We had a awesome ride Saturday and then it was up on the jack stands on Sunday. The tabs where the front A Arms mount had lots of wear. So the one and only Hot Rod fixed me up.....THANKS JAMES!!!!!!!!! BEFORE.. AFTER | |

| Put new bushings, and a pivot tube on mine yesterday. The lower A arm still has a lot of slop in it. Aggravating. I guess the holes have opened up. I like Jame's fix. | |

The last couple times that I have changed mine. We grounded off the pivot tubes just a bit. I think the trick is a good seal. Mine is sealed and tight as its ever been now.......

| Daddy James strikes again. If that would have broke through, it would have not been pretty. Looks like it was getting real thin. | |

| I'm doing mine this weekend. I was wondering did James mig or tig it? Also did u have to remove the steering rack or was there enough room to wrap a blanket (welding) around rubber on the rack n weld tabs with it stil installed? N washers on inside or outside, I can't really see which side they r on? | |

Just clean up the tabs and Mig weld. No problems with the steering rack boot. NO washers just build it up and grind back flat........

| My holes r a little oblong so I do just about everything else to it. Might as well do that as well. Now I'm making a chain saw rack for the s rear bars, what a joy! | |

| A little more info on installing SuperDaves raer bushings in that their apparent quality is very good with regard to a consistent interference fit on all components. And, I'm making the WVHRR/GETERDUN fix to all left side mounting flanges as well as to two right side mounts. BIG breakdown avoided. Given these new bushings are grease-less it'll be interesting to see how those wear surfaces are affected. In my case I expect over-tightening mounting bolts to reduce slop, as well as, the grease/dirt interface accounts for the wear. We'll see. | |
