| Don't beat me up to bad for saying this, but have you tried it without the bar? It will ride better, and the body will stay more level in the twisty stuff. With the wheelbase of the rzr4 I don't think you would have to worry about spinning it sideways and rolling it. I always ran mine on the S that I had, but I love the rhinos without it.
Just thought I would ask before you spend money.

| My buddy Barry bought a rear sway bar at the junk yard off of a old Mustang and cut it to length and welded ends off the stock sway bar and solved his problem. My sway bar has been broke on pass side since summer.I broke two on my old RZR and one in my Ranger when I had it. | |

| yeah ive already broke 1 and mine is still in good shape but i just put 27 inch big horns on it and i love it but think it needs a little more strength on the sway bar. | |

Oh, I hear you. That makes sence with the added weight. I know when I took it off the old rhino with aftermarket wheels, it wanted to go straight in the turns. My new rhino don't have one, and it corners great, but it tracks wider in the rear than the front. It would be nice to know if one from a rhino would work because I have the one off the 450 hanging in the garage complete with mounts.

Let me go look at it, if I can find it again.

| It is hallow, but seems to be really heavy for what it is. Measurements are: Total length: 24 3/4 end to end where the end links bolt up. From center of the bar to the bolt holes that the end links bolt to are 4 3/4. I think the rzrs are longer , but it may still work. 3/8 bolts hold the end links to the bar, or whatever the metric equivelent is. bar thickness is about 15/16" Where the bushings go there are washers welded to the bar to keep it from moving side to side. They are 19 1/2 apart. It may not even be close? If it won't work, get me some measurements on yours if you get a chance. | |

Let me know what's going on. If it don't work, maybe we can come up with something that will. Not putting down the rzr here, but I did notice that the one on my S was kinda thin and didn't weigh much. I never broke it, but it did seem like something that could be better.
