| I watched the show too , I'm with you Bobby on the trail riding , but with that said I have a commander I really don't have any problems keeping up with the Polaris 900's or any other machine's out there . When the MAVERICK finally gets here all I can say is have your windshield 's clean , your googles on because you will be getting a lot of dust and having a lot of keeping up to do . That what I see happening !!!!!!!! | |

| I am just stating facts here but the commander 1000 CANNOT run with the RZR XP. I owned them both. The commander is fast but doesnt stand a chance against an XP. Two totally different machines. I think the xp with that new kit that bumps it to 94hp will run with or possibly outrun a Maverick. Dont know yet though. Gotta see how a Maverick does. |

| Van P are u getting the Mavrick? I would be nice if they would show testing in the trails that we ride and not in the desert but maybe this is the new bad boy of the trails to. You would have to get used to wider ride, thank Maverick is 64 inches wide and that is a pain in the asser. |

Well the can am 1000 is a great machine no doubt with plenty of power for what we do. With the shorter travel suspension and 400 extra pounds, it simply cannot run with an xp. I tried to get my commander x to keep up and it couldn't. They are two totally diff machines. If the commander could keep up then why was the maverick created? Dirt trax tried to get the commander up there and couldn't. I was hoping it could but they are just two completely different machines. Remember this....u can polish a terd and at the end of the day you still have a terd. The commander is not a terd by any stretch of the means but it's still a utility/sport machine. It is not a pure sport. |

Why would it not last long? It's slightly smaller than a wildcat. Maverick: 118.8"L 64"W 74.2"H wheelbase 84.3" 1295 lb dry weight
Wildcat 120"l 64"W 65.8"H wheelbase 95" 1319 lb dry weight
The wildcat seems to work good, I think the maverick will do good.

The wildcat seems to work good, I think the maverick will do good. I think he was just trying to get Tbone stirred up. That is part of the rules here. I heard Tbone got his lady some can-am undies special made. You know, kinda like a substitute for viagra.
